Engagement with Suppliers
Basic Approach
For the growth of a sustainable society, businesses must address social issues such as issues related to human rights, labor, safety, health, the conservation of the global environment, information security and disasters.
Importantly, these efforts must be carried out together with suppliers, not by a single company alone.
Amid this trend, the COMSYS Group promotes supply chain initiatives, aiming to remain a company that is chosen by customers by constructing diverse infrastructure to be a leader in the modern era as stated in our Management Philosophy, and to help realize the society that the SDGs are meant to pursue.
Management System
The COMSYS Group established the COMSYS Group Guidelines for Supply Chain Sustainability in accordance with its Basic Procurement Policy.
The guidelines define the matters that should be voluntarily addressed by the companies in our supply chains in terms of seven major subjects including human rights and labor, safety and health and the environment.
These guidelines apply to the suppliers that we have direct transactions with. We also ask that the suppliers communicate these guidelines to the group of suppliers upstream in their supply chains and to encourage these upstream suppliers to follow the guidelines.
To achieve the guidelines, we have built a management system to facilitate continuous improvement through the plan, do, check and act (PDCA) cycle in terms of compliance with policies, implementation systems, corrective actions and stakeholder engagement.
To check that guidelines are complied with, we randomly select respondents to conduct questionnaire surveys and audits. Whenever an act or event that fails to comply with the guidelines is identified, we demand improvement actions. Through these efforts, we strive to enhance the added value of our supply chain as a whole.

Partnership Building Declaration

The COMSYS Group supports the aims of the Council on Promoting Partnership Building, which includes the chairman of the Japan Business Federation (Keidanren) and the chairman of the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry as members, and is announcing Declaration of Partnership Building at each of its Group companies.
We seek to build new partnerships in cooperation with our business partners in our supply chains and business operators contributing to our creation of value and through our efforts to coexist and prosper together with society.
Multiple Stakeholders Policy
To sustainably enhance its corporate value, the COMSYS Group values the cocreation of value with many different stakeholders such as customers, shareholders, investors, employees, business partners and local communities and it appropriately collaborates with many stakeholders.
