Sustainability Aimed by the COMSYS Group

We aim to contribute to the creation of the society envisioned by the SDGs, to be trusted by stakeholders, and continue to grow sustainably.

Dialogue with Stakeholders

The COMSYS Group has a mission to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society as a corporate group handling businesses with major social responsibilities such as telecommunications infrastructure and social infrastructure. To realize this, we place importance on building relationships of trust through two-way dialogue with all stakeholders.
Our Group refers to six international guidelines—UN Global Compact, ISO 26000, GRI Standards, UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, SDGs, and CDP—to identify practical stakeholders based on the characteristics of the telecommunications construction business. We map stakeholders on two axes of "magnitude of influence" and "level of interest," defining activity policies to focus on for identified stakeholders and developing specific engagement.
Through these systematic initiatives, the COMSYS Group enhances its ability to respond to diverse social issues while advancing corporate management that meets society's trust and expectations.

Basic Sustainability Policy

Established May 2022

The COMSYS Group Management Philosophy states that the Group will contribute to the development of society by "constructing infrastructure that supports an affluent lifestyle," build a company that customers continue to choose through "Engineering that leads the Future," and continue with unrelenting reform in its aim to further increase corporate value. Based on this management philosophy, as a comprehensive engineering company that leads the way in the construction of telecommunications and social infrastructure, the Group aims to realize a sustainable society and enhance its corporate value over the medium to long term by identifying five materialities (key issues) and promoting sustainability management.

Sustainability Promotion System

The COMSYS Group is building a management structure to promote sustainability with the aims of contributing to the SDGs and sustainably improving corporate value. We have established a Sustainability Committee, chaired by the president of COMSYS Holdings, and are working to formulate strategies and solve issues relating to sustainability within the COMSYS Group, in line with the Basic Sustainability Policy.

The Committee meets around twice a year to decide the direction of the initiatives, and reports the results of its discussions to the Board of Directors. Decisions on important management issues are made after deliberation by the Board of Directors.
