Comsys Holdings Corporation is established as a pure holding company through a joint stock transfer between Nippon Comsys Corporation, Co., Ltd. Sanwa Elec , and East Japan System Construction Co., Ltd.

Delisted from the First Section of Tokyo Stock Exchange and Osaka Stock Exchange
(currently Osaka Exchange)

Established COMSYS Shared Services Corporation and outsource common operations

Apr. 2007

Converted COMSYS Shared Services into a wholly owned consolidated subsidiary

Apr. 2009

The information systems business was spun off to form COMSYS JOHO SYSTEM

Changed the unit share number from 1,000 shares to 100 shares

Business integration with TSUKEN through a share exchange

Delisted from Osaka Stock Exchange owing to its stock market integration with that of the Tokyo Stock Exchange

Changed from a company with an audit and advisory board to a company with an audit and supervisory committee

Business integration with three companies, NDS, SYSKEN, and Hokuriku Denwa Kouji through a stock exchange
