At the Board of Directors Meeting convened following the conclusion of the General Shareholdersf Meeting on June 27, 2008, President and Representative Director Hirofumi Shimada assumed the duties of Chairman and Representative Director while Vice President and Representative Director Hajime Takashima took over the position of President and Representative Director. Since its establishment, COMSYS Holdings Corporation has promoted business strategies that fully utilize the respective strengths of both the Group as a whole and of each Group company, with the aim of proactively meeting the expectations of our stakeholders, beginning with our shareholders, and responding to changes in the business environment. Based on the technological capabilities that each Group company has cultivated in its respective business fields and geographic area of operation as leading companies in the telecommunications infrastructure construction industry, we have actively reorganized our operations though selection and concentration and optimized the Groupfs business domains with the aim of expanding our NTT Information Telecommunication Engineering Business.

COMSYS Holdings recently formulated a medium-term business plan to be implemented from fiscal 2008 through fiscal 2010. During this three-year period, we intend to expand our existing NTT Information Telecommunication Engineering Business, which serves as the foundation of the COMSYS Group. We will also strengthen our overall competencies and ensure that we are firmly positioned to undertake Next Generation Network (NGN) related businesses, which will be our most-important domain in the future, and will devise various strategies in our fields of business with a view toward achieving growth in the next generation. Along with these measures, we plan to undertake reforms in functional fields that include revamping business processes by rebuilding the COMSYS Groupfs internal IT foundation. In both business and functional fields, we will take a proactive approach without being bound to past strategic management.

As an innovative approach not found at any other company, we are seeking to become a so-called intellectual company that consolidates and systemizes its technologies and management know-how as well as integrates the high productivity and safety of our outstanding construction. At the same time, we will utilize the COMSYS Groupfs overall capabilities in promoting such initiatives as providing solutions utilizing NGN and cultivating personnel who possess a high degree of expertise. By taking these measures, we will strengthen our worksite capabilities and competitiveness, as well as creatively raise our corporate value.
