Since an establishment in September 29 ,2003, COMSYS Holdings Corporation has promoted business strategies to develop business fields that enable us to fully utilize the respective strengths of both the Group as a whole and of each Group company, with the aim of proactively meeting the expectations of our stakeholders, and responding to changes in the business environment. Based on the technological capabilities that each Group company has cultivated in its respective business fields and geographic area of operation as leading companies in the telecommunications infrastructure construction industry, we have actively reorganized our operations through selection and concentration and optimized the Group’s business domains with the aim of expanding our Information Telecommunication Engineering Business.
We intend to expand our existing Information Telecommunication Engineering Business, which serves as the foundation of the COMSYS Group. We will also strengthen our overall competencies and ensure that we are firmly positioned to undertake Next Generation Network (NGN) related businesses, which will be our most-important domain in the future, and will devise various strategies in our fields of business with a view toward achieving growth in the next generation. Along with these measures, we plan to undertake reforms in functional fields that include revamping business processes by rebuilding the COMSYS Group’s internal IT foundation. In both business and functional fields, we will take a proactive approach without being bound to past strategic management.
As an innovative approach not found at any other company, we are seeking to become a so-called intellectual company that consolidates and systemizes its technologies and management know-how as well as integrates the high productivity and safety of our outstanding construction. At the same time, we will utilize the COMSYS Group’s overall capabilities in promoting such initiatives as providing solutions utilizing NGN and cultivating personnel who possess a high degree of expertise. By taking these measures, we will strengthen our worksite capabilities and competitiveness, as well as creatively raise our corporate value.
The COMSYS Group aims to further contribute to society by attaining solid growth via business reforms and realizing a reliable, secure and convenient networked society centered on the technological capabilities we have cultivated as a leading company in the telecommunications construction industry.
